What does this Extended warranty cover?
CladMate warrants to the owner that if this CladMate fails within 3 years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary use, CladMate will, within 30 days of receipt of the returned CladMate, repair the failed CladMate or component part of the CladMate free of charge. If, in CladMate’s sole discretion, the failed CladMate or component part of the CladMate cannot be repaired, CladMate will elect to either (A) replace the CladMate free of charge or (B) refund the full purchase price to the owner, unless CladMate receives prior written notice of the owner’s preference.
What does this Extended warranty not cover?
This Extended Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Theft or loss of the product
- Failure to follow the operating instructions provided by CladMate
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from CladMate is 1825 days from the date of purchase.
What do you have to do?
CladMate strongly encourages you keep your Warranty Confirmation email sent to you by CladMate after completing your purchase. Failure to keep your Warranty Confirmation email may not diminish your warranty rights. However, keeping your Warranty Confirmation email will allow CladMate to better serve you with any of your customer service needs.
